Fall Training

In our Fall Training program we have five age groups: U10, U12, U14, U16 and U19 (including players moving up to U16 for the Indoor Season). This is a strong skill based program with the emphasis on developing the players’ skills, vision, ability to recognize when and where to pass, maintaining possession, and building ball speed and accuracy in passing.

Fall Training is an 8-week program that runs September-October with practices held weekly as follows:

Under 19 – Saturdays 4:00-6:00 PM
Under 16 – Saturdays 2:00-4:00 PM
Under 14 – Mondays 6:45-8:45 PM
Under 12 – Thursdays 6:45-8:15 PM
Under 10 – Wednesdays 6:45-8:15 PM

There are no try outs for Fall Training and we encourage new players to use this short program to familiarize themselves with the sport.
