Fall Training

In our Fall Training program we have five age groups: U10, U12, U14, U16 and U19. This is a strong skill based program with the emphasis on developing the players’ skills, vision, ability to recognize when and where to pass, maintaining possession, and building ball speed and accuracy in passing.

Fall Training is an 2 month program that runs September-October with practices held weekly as follows:

Under 19 – Saturdays 4:00-6:00 PM
Under 16 – Saturdays 2:00-4:00 PM
Under 14 – Mondays 7:00-9:00 PM
Under 12 – Thursdays 7:00-9:00 PM
Under 10 – Wednesdays 7:00-9:00 PM

There are no try outs for Fall Training.  We encourage all players to use this short program to familiarize or refresh their skills for the upcoming Indoor Season.
