Performance Notes

A core exercise device emphasizing balance and stability. The key is to keep the body’s center of gravity over the roller. Feet, kept as far apart as possible, can be parallel or in-line as balance skill is developed, and the player should work toward performing squatting movements and handling the stick with precision while on the board.
